Accessible Customer Service Policy

This policy establishes practices and procedures for the provision of goods and services to people with disabilities in accordance with the accessibility standards for customer service under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the “AODA”) and similar applicable accessibility legislation in other Canadian jurisdictions. IA Financial Group recognizes its obligations under accessibility legislation and supports the goal of striving towards accessibility.

Integrated Standards Policy (AODA)
